New Student Leadership Conference

Locust Trace FFA hosted the third New Student Leadership Conference from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Freshman and Sophomore Locust Trace and Carter G. Woodson Academy students participated in four officer-led workshops. In these workshops, members learned and developed communication, leadership, and advocacy skills, and built their understanding of FFA. Alongside the workshops, Papa John's pizza was provided for attending members. There were 12 student volunteers, 3 teachers, and 22 students in attendance.
